It doesn't hurt but no, has to do with a friend who is a big fan and it's fun to join in...

I've never cared about college football.  I'm from NE Connecticut.  Basketball country.  Lots of hockey and soccer, too.    So I had no stake and I've got errands to run so I can't surrender my entire weekends to this idiotic sport....

That ILLINI/Husker game was a wild one.  Illinois D was playing like it was possessed in OT.

Actually three very exciting games last night - Stanford/Syracuse game was nuts as was the WAZZU/San Jose game.
