uts gritted the shtein out of rolen to 2nd.  not sure why, but i enjoyed it.  consolation to that corksucker getting his first hit of the series.  then trying to talk to the umpire like their going fishing next weekend when his offseason starts.

 they said the championship series doesn't start til saturday.  mixed feelings about that if they clinch today.  some could use it.. some (oswalt) obviously don't benefit from it.
