No you don't. There's a loophole that they've use the last two seasons where if you have a guy on the 40-man on september first who is on the disabled list at the time, you can replace him with anyone in the organization at the time of the playoffs (that how Eric Hinske wound up playing in game 5 of 2008.

Another fantastic start by Moyer. Especially against a line up like this who can drop bombs, as Hamels can attest to.

Toronto's zesty defense has saved Valdez from grounding into another 3 DP's. That would give him like 14 or 15 GIDP's this year.

Its great to have Jimmy back. He is the heart and soul without a doubt.
