The THEORY of climate change is in no way universally accepted and if it is true, it can not be proven that the industrial revolution is the cause. The latest empirical evidence shows the increase to be SUBSTANTIALLY less than alarmists like the former VP pretend it to be. It is worth noting that something only becomes a theory in the scientific community after it's been tested over and over again and the test results are the same and point towards something.
