Donovan McNabb is a whiny, coddled Latino that eats Jewish babies.

I don't get the super bowl or bust thing really. I knew this wasn't a SB team before the season started and it had nothing to do with McNabb.

Granted I didn't think that they'd start off 0-2...

I agree.  It's never been Super Bowl or Bust for me.  I've said a hundred times, I'd rather have a good team that does well all season and keeps me happy than a crappy one.  The loss in the playoff hurts, but I wouldn't trade the 10-6 record or whatever just because it's a "bust"

Enjoy the wins, dudes.

'Superbowl or Bust' ranks just below 'Team of Destiny' as a 'kiss of death'

You're such a clown it's unbelievable.

Keep defending him and his bitchy ass. I hope you enjoy him leading this team nowhere.

I like how you quoted the most sarcastic comment I made in this thread.

I'm ecstatic we won.  farg the Lions.  Did I have reason to be concerned?  Hell yeah.  Why don't they reel off about 13 more of these and I'll have sex with a very large woman.

It was directed at me, so I quoted it.

2 disgustingly awful games and 1 awesome game for mcnabb...he's definitely elite!  :yay

You're right.  The 1st 2 games of the year define the quality of McNabb's career.  And here I was thinking that what he's done over the last 8 years would define how good he is.

Silly me.

It's obvious Feva is desirous for a black quarterback to do well.

ice grillin you

actually these first three games define mcnabbs career perfectly...a couple hideous games where he looks like a high school qb and acts like a high school kid off the field...and one great game where all is fine

this is why i said neither of these last two games means anything...its what mcnabb is...expect some more horrendous games and expect some good games...the bottom line is can he win a superbowl

after watching them for three games i dont think the eagles are gonna make the superbowl this year...but they most certainly can in a terrible conference...and once you get there anythign can happen...if mcnabb is the elite qb everyone likes to portray him as he should take this team at least to the superbowl

as for yesterday mcnabb executed the plays to perfection but i credit the win to reid and mornignwheg...they identified the lions cornerbacks as what they are...the worst tandem in the nfl...and they schemed routes to perfectly expose them...mcnabb didnt have much to do but toss the ball up there
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

If he has two "hideous" games and then a great one... it's amazing how he's managed to win 66% of his starts.  I'd say the exact opposite is true... to where he'll have one of those terrible games every 3 or 4 starts.

Sorry IG's, but this is some bullshtein.

We've talked about McNabb a number of times and you alwaysseem to come down with when the Eagles lose, it's on McNabb because "he's the quarterback".  I remember specifically you said this about the Super Bowl.

Yesterday... "he was the quarterback" in a record setting performance and you should be giving him the credit he deserves there as well.  Not that Andy and Marty weren't on point, but if you blame McNabb for the losses... you gotta give him props for the wins too.

you are silly if you think that past 8 years have a damn thing to do with how mcnabb plays this season.  he's 10-12 since the super bowl, right?

the gb game was a D for mcnabb.
the wash game was an F.
and the det game was an A.

i think that averages out to around a C or C- so far.

elite!
