As bad as the bullpen is right now, the Phils' biggest problem is their offense.

Mets series:

Game 1 = 7 hits, 10 K
Game 2 = 5 hits, 6 K
Game 3 = 6 hits, 5 K

This team's situational hitting was inconsistent last year; this year it's been nonexistant.

And Manuel's specialty is supposedly as a hitting guru.
