They were off balance because he kept hitting them.  

I kid though.......it was a decent outting for him.  Gave up one run on a throwing error by Helms and then 2 more because Helms fell down trying to cover 3rd on another Glavine bunt.  Not very often you'll say a pitcher had a decent outting despite hitting 3 batters.
