NRA would say that the City's No Carry Law prevented citizen action.
"For all the civic slurs, for all the unsavory things said of the Philadelphia fans, also say this: They could teach loyalty to a dog. Their capacity for pain is without limit." -Bill Lyons

The shooting of the off-duty Philly cop walking home from work the other day is sad and infuriating. I hope they nail the iceholes who shot him. The shootings have got to stop. Something needs to be done because this is going on way too much.

Every day I read of five or six shootings here in Houston that are senseless. A 1yr baby was killed in a drive by over the weekend.

He was targeted? I wasn't aware gangs were recruiting so young these days.

I looked at the page last night and googled the page creator as well. I found a Philly mag article on him and between this Facebook group and that Philly mag article I'd like to beat the prick's ass.

He also created a page about murdering Mitt Romney, so he's due a visit from the secret service.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

http://blogs.phillymag.com/the_philly_post/2012/11/14/fbi-report-john-bolaris-shtein-himself/

QuoteThe next morning, they woke Turcina, Rusmane, and Bolaris up. They were told to take Bolaris back to his hotel, so they did. Bolaris had "shtein himself" and the taxi cab driver was very upset about it and did not want to take him.

She stated that John Bolaris had been overcharged "but nobody was responsible because nobody remembered anything."

Reached this morning, Bolaris said, "I can't comment. But you can't run a story about someone else's lies. These women are professional liars."

Bolaris directed me to his agent, Richard Liebner, who had this to say: "These people are trying to discredit John, and whether or not he crapped in his pants is the least important detail, though I don't believe it's true. This is a story about people who took advantage of people. This is a story about people who stole. How does whether or not he crapped in his pants have shtein to do with Shinola? For Pete's sake... Whether or not he was discreet or indiscreet that night, John put it all on the line to take on the Russian mob. If you run this story, I will find a way to look into you."
