Turley coming back as a TE.

QuoteTurley to Dolphins?

Former St. Louis Rams tackle Kyle Turley will try to relaunch his NFL career as a tight end in a three-day minicamp that begins today at team headquarters in Davie, a source said. Turley hasn't played since 2004 because of a back injury.

Yeah, but he hasnt signed yet. Ed listed Nate Clements too, on the defense thread, but Clements just signed his.

McNair works out a deal with Baltimore

now all he needs is a trade after working out for them....

per PTI

I've read elsewhere that Baltimore is giving him a $1M salary with an $11M bonus.

$1 mil salary, $10 mil SB.  $11 mil in total money.

Tom Kowalski, of mLive.com, reports the Detroit Lions could part with either WR Charles Rogers or WR Mike Williams before the regular season.

PhillyPhanInDC

Mike Williams? What the hell for? He was a rook last year, and played decently for a first year guy. Makes no sense in less they are looking for a trade or something.

Rogers, however, makes all the sense in the world.

Tom E. Curran, of the Providence Journal, reports San Diego Chargers general manager A.J. Smith said that the New England Patriots haven't shown interest in San Diego LB Donnie Edwards, who's been on the trading block since before the NFL Draft.

This is one player I would love to have for a year or 2 but having Trotter in the middle hurts that chance. No way you could shift him huh?

Edwards...I need my man Trott in the middle. He stuffs the lane just about as good as anyone.
