No NBA tonight.

I am looking at the NFL lines for tomorrow and have a few thoughts;

Jags -4: Raiders coming off a divisional road win, traveling across the country for an early start. They face MJD who has been on fire lately too. I may play this one for a nice chunk.

Vikings +3: The Giants travel problems, especially if they arrive in MSP tomorrow morning, would push me toward taking the points.

Lions +7: Drew Stanton or not, I like them with the points at home right now.

Falcons -8: Carolina is awful and even though I shy away from road favorites on most occasions, I am leaning towards the Falcons here.

Bucs -3: Another road favorite but the books are giving juice on this one. I doubt I will play this game, but still lean the Bucs.

Rams +9...may be teaser material here.

Jets -6: Even money on the Jets....I agree with Havas that the Jets will likely come out smokin'.

Broncos -4: Road favorite but playing the anemic Cards with John Skelton.

The Packers/Falcons two-team tease is a slam dunk.  I also like the Bucs and Seahawks, especially teased.  Hate all you want, but Dallas has covered all spreads since Garrett took over.  Although, if you can still get in at 51, the over is probably even better.  Might have mentioned already, but my 6-team shot in the dark is Bucs/Packers/Jets and the overs in gb/det, phi/dal, and ne/chi.

So there you have it.  Yesterday, I won 4 and lost 4, but one of the losses was a smaller play on a parlay, so I finished up $3 or so.  OMGMONEY

And that $3 was wiped out by Army failing to cover and Eastern Washington taking care of business in OT.  I am now only up $10 once again in our epic pick death match.

I'm with FF in that I did the GB/Falcons tease early in the week.  This one looks pretty good too.

Damn sportsbook for pulling the Chargers/Chiefs line a few days ago right before I was about to put cash on it.  Now it's up to 9.5

I'm riding today with, in addition to those teasers:

Denver -4
Jets -5.5
TB -2.5, though it's down to 1.5 now on sportsbook which is scaring the shtein out of me.
Falcons -7.5
Ravens -3

Also threw a pretty big bet on the steelers -250 to win the AFC North.  Looking at tiebreakers and their schedules with Balt, I'm not sure how that isn't a plus EV bet.
