they arent going over the tax threshold.....EVER

they could have had madson and cuddyer instead of paplebon....or madson and beltran or madson and another hitter

i hope everyone is happy when paplebon is pulling 30 win save seasons wile the team is imploding again because of its offense

i wonder what the rules are as far as being associated with ped's versus testing positive...i would think without a positive test baseball couldnt touch you

either way hopefully his play falls off big time this year as he obviously has to be off them now

ARod was linked to that Canadian doctor and nothing really came of that other than to create controversy, right?

The agreement between the Commissioner and the MLBPA says that players can be disciplined if MLB determines a player used or possessed PEDs, even if there is no positive test. It's called a "non-analytical positive" and there have already been examples of players suspended or otherwise disciplined for it, largely because of shipments of PEDs to their house. Jordan Schafer, for example.

If the MLB finds anything more substantive than Gio's name in a notebook, I think he's getting 50 games.

And that'll also be ARoid's 2nd offense as well. Not that a 100 game suspension would matter since he may be out the entire year anyway.
