It's magic, and I'm thinking you could use a potion or two to fix that pathetic team of backups you got going there. :o

Looks for sarcasm, doesn't seem to find any.  Responds - Thanks!  A whole lotta luck in staying healthy and this team should be able to compete.

lmao.

Shore I think you need another TE. ;)

Now that he has been drafted, am I trippin or didn't Kevin Dyson have a season ending injury?  Or is he going to play now, or maybe later in the season? :paranoid

joneszilla

Dyson is on Carolina now and i think he is still nursing a hamstring from last year.

RomeyRome

I know Dyson is in carolina, but I could have sworn that earlier in the summer he did something to end his season, like his achilles or something.

PhillyGirl

He did tear his achilles tendon.

He said he's going to TRY to rehab fast and get back this year, but its highly doubtful.

SKINNY: Dyson no longer needs crutches following surgery to repair his ruptured Achilles' tendon. He's walking with a soft cast, which will itself come off soon, the Charlotte Observer reports.

DATE: 06-09-2003
STATUS: News   SKINNY: Dyson (torn Achilles') is expected to go on the Physically Unable to Perform list this week, meaning he can't even practice with the Panthers for the first six regular-season games, the Winston-Salem Journal reports.

DATE: 06-04-2003
STATUS: News   SKINNY: Dyson tore his left Achilles' tendon in practice on Wednesday and could miss the season, the Associated Press reports.

Thats a good team NB.  Whos ur QB??

RomeyRome

That's what I'm forgetting (on purpose) ;)

Allright, Brad Johnson, but I got him in the 5th round.

Last season he was in his first year of Gruden's system, and so was the Oline, RBs and WRs.  They were all new to it, and struggled until the end when they took off.  Brad and the offense will be in second year.

Last year Brad through 22 TDs in only 13 games, while only throwing 6 INTs and he threw for over 3,000 yds in that short time.

If he can stay healthy, he'll be good enough IMO, compared to all the other mediocre QBs out there.

:'(It took me 2 weeks of therapy to be able to admit that.  Wheewwwww!

Haven't kept up to date in the offseason, at least it was a lower pick.  :-\
