If AR15's there at 10 Howie 100% maximizes draft value for that pick. If they stay at 10 I'm guessing Paris Johnson, Skoronski or Nolan Smith. My gut tells me Howie's play is to see how far Carter falls and does his best to move up.

Yeah he's likely to go top 10 - maybe top 5. Way too high but he's gonna get drafted on potential. But def not to the Eagles - whomever wrote those mocks should be shunned

In Peter King's mock he has Nolan Smith to the Birds at 10 - says the Eagles like him a lot.

Who knows wtf is true with rumors and whatnot but I would be ok with Smith. I'd be ok with any stud DL honestly.

If Will Anderson slips because teams are going gaga for QBs I'd hope Howie trades up for him.

I've seen a bunch of simulations have Will Anderson fall to the Birds at 10. Then I finally realized that site is on to something. Let the fans get a super good pick they can click on and get their a little dopamine hit, and they'll keep playing so it will come up again, kinda of like a slot machine.

24 hours ago Will Levis was +4000 to be #1 pick.  Some dude posted a reddit thread that Levis is telling friends that he's going to Carolina #1.  His odds are now down to +500.  It's either true or millions of dollars being slung around on an anonymous reddit post.

I think he's adequately hyped. Most people who cover the Birds think he's near the top of Howie's board. OL is simply not an exciting position to people who hype the draft.
