Wentz was impressive.  Hard not to get a little hopeful.  It's nice to start the season with a win to enjoy for a week.  I love Fletcher Cox.  Graham continues to make me eat my words.  I have to admit that he was not, finally, a bust.  Pederson ran the game like a pro.  It went his way, though.  We'll see.

Caught the game at a bar in VA Beach while on the road. I walk in and unknown to me, it's a total Eagle bar with dozens of Bird fans. Game was practically a three hour celebration. Welcome back, NFL.

I was the only Eagle fan in the bar, with only one Browns fan.  Lots of people in Ravens costumes, of course.  It was my local pub, we all know everyone.  Friendly place.  The Raven's and O's victories made everyone happy.

Coaches said all week he was ready and boy they weren't BSing. Excellent start. I have no idea how good Wentz will become, but he passes the eye test for sure. He has a lot of tools, that guy. Looks the part, and looks cerebral/poised/etc.

That shtein was fun. I was comparing every play to what Sammy would have done and Carson literally did every single thing better.
