Chip would trade anyone for the right price. Surely we know that by now.

The right price for Smith would be quite low.

The problem is there isn't a player injured enough anywhere in the NFL to make it a fair trade.

Chip heard this and wanted to trade Connor Barwin to get the #20 spot. And now he can tell Howie to zip it when he even tries to tell Chip he can't.

Mathis was in the rumored Dion Jordan deal before he failed another drug test. If he bounces it's Fisher all day at 20.
