I think that's a touchdown but think it's close enough that they'll stick with the call on the field.

It's such a weird play.

If the receiver catches the ball with two feet on the ground and falls out of bounds and bobbles the ball a little bit, they'll call incomplete, but that could have potentially been a TD? The whole "process of the catch" is so vague sometimes.
