What does Hockey and Basketball have to do with Baseball? Should you be satisfied that the Eagles haven't won a Championship since forever because the Phils won it recently? If that's the case, you should be more than satisfied with Man U winning the league so many times in the past decade or so.

You bitter fargs. I can see your logic. I guess in my case it's worse when your bitter rivals win three of the last five and their pitcher does things in the playoffs what you're own star pitcher wishes he could do.

I've experienced a fair number of championships in my life including two Phillies, two Flyers & three FSU wins, but I would gladly trade all of them for an Eagles Super Bowl.  That said, the Phillies 2008 win was incredible.  I loved that team and I thought we would have gotten at least one more championship from them.  Not to be, sadly, but hey, that's Philly and that's why we're bitter & cynical iceholes.
