what i would do is contact trout on the dl and straight up ask him if he wants to come home....i suspect the answer is yes....once they know that they can proceed accordingly as far as the payroll goes...build up the systems and get the big league club to a wild card contender level and then launch the club into orbit with a trout/frontline SP addition to put it over the top in 2017
