i wasnt willing to say it until the detroit win...they will now beat fordham and can even lose the vcu game.

if they lose to vcu and in the 1st round of the a10 they might go to the play in. if they beat vcu and make an a10 run they can get in the 7/10 or 8/9 game. one and dunphy son.

this actually could be the year temple wins some games in the tourney even tho their team stinks....its a travesty how weak cbb is...almost anyone can make the sweet 16 this year

previously id rather have an 11 or a 12 because the 1s were always so good. now since cbb is awful it honestly doesnt matter. 1-5 the teams are the same. 6-11 they are all mediocre. temple could make the elite 8 or lose in the play in game, so could 50 other teams.

my concern with parity is that there isnt going to be any good lines to bet in the tourney

i disagree with that...id have them somewhere in the last 3-6 out

Palm/Lunardi etc all have them last 4 in right now.  3 wins vs top25 and winning @UConn is much better than what the Baylor/Alabama/Charlotte's of the world are offering.  Didn't hurt that all the bubble teams lost yesterday including ole miss/UK/tennessee etc

watched the whole wvu kansas game today at the bar just for big ben.....didnt disappoint....kid was off the charts....god i like him

He reminds me a lot of a young Ray Allen, which would probably give me a 10 year boner if the Sixers could get him.  I'd still like to see him be more assertive like that on a more consistant basis but going back to your comment about him still being so young, I guess he's just playing the role of good soldier by deferring to the upperclassmen on most nights.

ray allen was a shooter....this kid is a scorer

but he also can shoot and is much more athletic than ray...hes got the whole package....just needs to put it together at the next level

funny you mention ray allen tho...just last night me and a friend were talking about nba players and i told him bradley beal is the next ray allen....that cat if for real for real....he could lead the league in scoring as early as next season...best thing about beal is that it should prevent the bulletts from taking ben so thats one less team the sixers have to worry about if they can get up that high in the first place
