Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

You know it's gonna be one of those nights when Hawes has a fastbreak.  Up 30+ in the 3rd...ha

with boston being shot and the knicks being the knicks, why cant they win the atlantic this year?

and no a blowout over this terrible suns teams is not the reason im thinking this. its kind of a legit point.

Because Iguodala is still on the team

iggy only kills them with his irrational confidence late in some games. they dont have a superstar so its not like kevin durant is having shots taken away from him. it might theoretically cost them a handful of games here and there, but its still something they can overcome if boston remains unraveled and the knicks implode behind a toney douglas/300 lb. baron davis backcourt.

next few games will be a nice barometer...portland is very good and phoenix very bad so the first two kinda went according to plan...the next three especially golden state on nye will be interesting...but i agree no one in the atlantic is scary unless the knicks learn how to play defense...but does anyone really think thats going to happen to a dantoni team?...plus watch out for amares knee in this meat grinder schedule

My problem with him being on the team is he thinks he's a legit superstar who can put the team on his back and win. He's not and the Sixers have players who can score. He's not needed just like Abreu wasn't needed. They're scared to move on just like the Phillies were. I'm not saying the Sixers will win the NBA championship if they get rid of him but you'll see a big improvement in quality of play. I'm sure I sound like a broken record but I'd like to see Thad get a shot at the 3. I know he can't take the ball up and down the court like Iguodala can but if given the chance he'd be a more consistent scorer and a better rebounder. The only aspect of Iguodala's game that I do like is he plays solid D. When I see him driving up the court as the point forward I want to pull my hair out.

reese125

its a true give and take with him though

as much as he frustrates the shtein out of me, youre right the d he plays is ridiculous and hes solid on the fast break. hes a good passer which can go a long way in the paint but in transition buckets as well. thaddeus cant do that.

I still like thaddeus coming off the bench for the 2nd unit to provide scoring, because the problem with full time starter minutes for him is he still has a hard time facilitating plays and maintaining the flow of the offense. watch him when he gets ball--his first instinct is to drive to the basket or shoot no matter what.
