I'll never get the Gruden hate.

He built the SB team in Oakland.
Dungy couldn't win in Tampa with his own guys but when Gruden does it somehow doesnt count.

lets just get rid of fatty first. i'll put up with a season of marty buffoonery if it means shtein gets done and a real coach comes in the offseason.

I would take Fisher in a heartbeat.

And Sarge is right, he won't be fired mid season and if they end up with a halfway respectable record he won't be fired at all, but this has to inch them closer to giving the walrus the heave ho.
