Agreed with Zanshin on the Martial Arts.  I can't do it right now because of my school schedule, but I highly recommend it.  I have done it off and on over the last 5-6 years.  I tried Kung Fu, MMA, and Hagana (Krav Maga).  My favorite by far is Hagana, it is all about brutalizing your opponent.
