lol. I don't care who you think i should start (though that would help), I'm trying to see if anyone thinks I should try to pull off another trade and sacrifice my depth. I'd be an injury away from starting Jabar Gaffney or Donald Driver at WR, or god knows who off the waiver wire at RB.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Depth is overrated.  The Cowboys were a broken collarbone away from starting Kitna for the rest of the season and they aren't doing any worse than they were before.

So all year long I've gone with Jennings, Maclin and Calvin Johnson as my receivers and all 3 have decent match ups this week.  But I've also got Manningham on my bench and I really like that match up as well, especially since the Giants are missing some guys on offense due to injury.

So pick 3.

vick or brees.

vick is hot but playing a good defense.

brees has been hit or miss this year but is playing seattle at home and seattle is especially bad on the road.
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

Diomedes

given the same choice I'd go with brees just to avoid playing an Eagle....and end up regretting it

I'm playing you this week, so your opinion doesn't count.

Is Mike Williams worth starting over Andre Johnson or Larry Fitzgerald?  Crazy sounding question I know.  But here's my thinking:

Johnson @ NYJ:  ankle issue nags him, Schaub is banged up and not as mobile as usual, Johnson will be on Revis Island all day
Fitz @ KC:  his quarterback f'n sucks

Williams @ SF:  coming off a DWB not-drunk DUI arrest, possibly looking to prove something, coach said he will play (but not if he'll start), SF defense not so good

Can't use Williams in my flex slot because doing so would mean benching MJD, Gore, or Bradshaw...not gonna do that of course.

I wouldn't start him over Andre, but in my money league my #3 WR slot the last two weeks has been between Fitzgerald and Williams and I've gone with Fitz both times.

I went with Fitz and Johnson.  We'll see.

Yeah so, I should have sat Andre Johnson.  Looking like a loss this week.

Yah really, what a shtein game from Johnson. Figured with all those red zone opportunities Houston would have got him the ball in at least one of them.

So I decided at the last minute to bench Maclin in favor of Manningham. My "logic" is that I've got a 30 pt lead on sunny but he's still got 4 players to go, one of them being Vick, so any points Maclin gets me are basically a wash since Vick will be the one throwing to him. We'll see how that works out for me.

Btw....my decision to start Sanchez over Brady was money.

Munson

Yah but on the other end, wouldn't getting the points from Maclin limit the damage done to your lead by Vick?

Obviously. Basically I decided that a 30 pt lead wasn't enough given the other players he has going (Vick, Nicks, Shady and Gates) so I needed a player who can get me a positive gain instead of just breaking even.
