i'll eat your farging jew face.  long periods of rest have never cooled off a hot team, right? and roy oswalt wasn't just rusty from too much rust, right?  and roy halladay just nearly pitched a perfect game once he got some rest.  watch a farging game.  injured players heal.  some players will benefit, some won't. howard needs to get in a groove not play 3 games in 2 weeks.  halladay could probably pitch at a moments notice at any time and pitch a shut out.  that's just the way it is.
