Sixers center Samuel Dalembert just listed his one-bedroom condo at the Metro Club (8th & Race) on the market, reports Philly.BlockShopper.com. The asking price is $399,900, which is $23,000 less than he bought it for in September 2005, the real estate transaction site reports.
