It's been close to a year since I've had me some Nick's roast beef.......probably the day we met up there before the Phils game last summer.

He hit Dallesandro's Vs. Chubby's right on the nail. (some of my old local spots).
Although it's not that hard, Dal's is easily superior, but Chubby's is a full service bar that had good french fires and a good chicken-cheese steak.

i went to Pat's last night after the Flyers game...it was actually my first Pat's steak, i usually went to Geno's


either way, it was nothing special.

I was never a big fan of Pats or Geno's. My buddy was in from San Diego and I took him there for his first cheesesteak (his choice) and after he was finished he said 'thats it'. Took him to a place on Frankford avenue (Frusco's) and he thought that was a million times better.

i quite like pats...very good not great porbably not in my top ten but the hate it gets from people who try to represent their phillydom is ridiculous...plus there cheese fries and cherry soda are amazing
