I don't know if it will be fined.   But it probably should have drawn a flag.  No matter though, Akers booted the kickoff in the endzone anyway for a touchback.

For those that care, the Phils just took a 2-1 lead in the top of the 6th.

They're pinch-hitting for Hamels.  He went five and gave up one run (in the first) on two hits.
