I'll be the first to admit this is much better than I expected from McNabb.  Apparently, the brace was a bigger problem than the injury itself.

Still, he's weak-minded and will not win a Super Bowl for us in Philadelphia.  Book it.

I don't think they make the Superbowl either. They will be doing something to make the playoffs. But I don't think the season is a bust if they don't win the Superbowl. If they don't make the playoffs, get swept by the Skins and Giants, then yeah, the season is a big bust.

this game means a lot when mcnabb plays as well as he has played in a long while. everyone was talking about him snapping out of his funk and he did that today. next week's game against the giants will determine this was a fluke or not...although with their horrible D (esp the 2ndary) i think we can put up some points on them as well.

McNabb completed 18 consecutive passes at one point, and finished 21-for-26. I repeat, 18 consecutive passes. Not bad for a weak minded inacurrate qb.

Only now, after you picked the Lions to win, and they get absolutely destroyed by the Eagles are you calling them a terrible defensive team. If they were so friggen' great on the other side of the ball like you thought, then they would have overcome their terrible defense.

it was obvious they weren't very good defensively, but the Eagles looked worse offensively.  i didn't think the Eagles would be able to pull their shtein together and score enough to win, i was wrong.  but that doesn't change the fact the Lions are a putrid defensive team.
