Donovan McNabb is a whiny, coddled Latino that eats Jewish babies.

i would never wear one of those jerseys, so i'm not teasing you

i'm too farging important to be taken from this earth

Well.. I must admit, you have me tempted to go out and buy/send you one of those hideous things just for the off chance that you'd wear it, and the good Lord would then have good damn reason to flip your ass over in your truck and then (if He really loves me), send a semi carrying a tanker full of full-blown AIDS slamming into your overturned truck and spilling every drop of it's cell-killing goodness into your system... just before the truck explodes, of course... therefore sending you to hell with the AIDS... and then you'd truly have hella-AIDS.

I find it endlessly entertaining, this notion that once McNabb leaves the Eagles' quarterbacks will suck forever and ever.

the only time that ever comes out is when people criticize donovan and his defenders dont know what else to say

if two donovan lovers are talking and the future at qb for the eagles comes up in a context not related to donovan hate no one says the eagles should just fold as a team after 5 retires...no point in even watching cobb hes gonna suck...oh and then the guy after cobb will suck too...in fact theres no point in even being an eagle fan in the future

it only comes up as a defense mechanism

I'll still be an Eagle fan when 5 leaves or retires, which ever comes first. And I'm not that much of a McNabb lover to not wish that Feeley was healthy so he could start this week, or even Kolb. With the way he played last week, we would have more of a chance to win. That is if Reid would call the game towards his teams strengths.

you have to take into consideration that andy most likely knows exactly what kind of psyche donovan has and perhaps he coddles him because donovan wouldnt be able to handle someone being tough on him....i mean you see what happens everytime he goes thru tough times

so then why does reid do this with everyone else as well? mcnabb just gets the most attention of the players as he is the QB. in fact he is the only "star" on the team since westbrook is not as well known. if you actually looked across the board reid treats all his players pretty much the same way...deflecting blame onto himself.

i like the fact that you bring "defense mechanism" when you have yet to answer any questions i ever raise about your insights into mcnabb's psyche, feelings, or his true motives about not wanting to win for this fan base. so you ignore all that and say what anyone who defends mcnabb uses this as a defense mechanism. really now?

no one is saying that mcnabb is the last good qb eagles will have or the best. but i do not care about the future really....i wanna win now. and i know with mcnabb we are not that far away (we were just there actually) and the only thing holding us back is the FO's philosophy (Reid basically) and Reid's play calling. and just because Kolb is the future...i do not want to see this thing blown up and have to wait another 3-4 yrs b4 the team regains form and competes for a superbowl. its not just mcnabb you have to get rid of then...you have to get rid of a lot of other veterans if you wanna restart. you think with reid in charge it will be any diff under any other qb? we will still have positions that are never addressed and bad in game coaching. then what? you will want that qb out as well? i rather we get rid of the coach and go for it all just once.

Wrong. I could say that when comparing Donovan to the rest of the QBs in the NFL we see a guy each week who has a pretty damn good winning percentage, who makes plays and who is regarded by his peers and coaches in the NFL as one of the game's elite.

However, here in Philadelphia we have people who scrutinize things about him constantly. Rather than seeing what I posted above, these people whine about this perceived lack of balls, whining, coddling and just about every other opinion-related thing out there. Those things are not fact; those things are perceptions created by the anti-5 crowd. So the guy vomits, big deal. So the guy's Mom is a farging wingnut. Who gives a shtein?

I care about winning and this QB has won a lot of games, doesn't usually make bad decisions with the ball (unless Ronde Barber is sniffing around the area) and that's about it.

So Kolb might be good. I sure hope he is because the Kevin Kolb era is rapidly approaching.

he obviously despises the fans of the city so how could he possibly have a strong enough desire to win for them...more jeremiah trotters ike reeses troy vincents and brian dawkins and less keebler soft batch cookies on the team would be a good thing

the problem is andy and age is getting rid of all the ray rhodes type players and replacing them with weak willed and/or non athletic mush

the entire andy reid philosophy is over...its run it course...they need a new attitude a new direction...and truth be told at this point that most likely doesnt include donovan

face it dook its just about over for 5

How is it so obvious he hates the fans and doesn't want to win for them? Even if your opinion has any truth to it, after all the bullcrap he's endured, you don't think he would want to win for himself so he could thumb his nose at fans like you?

Would you rather have him standing there with a big grin on his face like he used to after a incompletion?

I'd mope also if I were called upon to execute the lame ass gameplan he had against the Skins.

you keep saying what i bolded but have yet to prove it. in fact the fact hes played thru injuries and come back early shows he cares enough to win. how you somehow translate that into him not hating losing or him not wanting to win i have no clue. and even for a moment if i somehow assume your unproven theory....how has that translated to the field?
again you have to just look at what hes done instead of what you think he feels. ive pointed out before that guys like moss, owens, and other knuckleheads actually do quit on teams and try to sabotage a season. they do not care about the fans or give a "eff" about anything. you have somehow concluded thats what mcnabb is like as well.
