walk off dribbler. haha. a win is a win. abreu has 2 walkoffs this year. farg the mets!!
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Heh. Wagner looked steamed in the bullpen. Man, I would love to see the Phils just blow them out the next two games so Captain Douche never sets a foot on the mound.

Ahahaha.  That was ridiculous.

Good win, though, even though Gordon picked a strange time to blow his first save.  I guess that happens when closers start running off at the mouth in Philly.

My advise:  Shut the farg up and pitch, Flash.

I was going to post something similar but figured I'd shut my trap since he's been money this season.

Huuuuuuuuuge wins, kids. Brooms comin out thursday.

Agreed.  You should really shut it, SD.

Flash earns a freebie tonight. And he pretty much backed off the comments. He said the Philly fans have been great to him.

Bobby A had a similar situation last yer against the Mets...and he hit a dribbler and they lost.

This team is hot. And when you're goin good you get lucky bounces. Dellucci's ball could've easily been a ground rule double but it nicked the fence and stayed in.

Heilman should've let Wright field the ball. Thanks, Aaron. We'll take it anyway we can get it.

And big props to Victorino for plowing Lo Duca. Even though Shane had to use smelling salts (seriously) when he got back to the dugout.

Of course Baseball Tonight doesn't even show that play.  Reynolds is to busy making excuses for the Mets and all the"outs" they should have had.  Cry me a river already.
"Well where does Jack Lord live, or Don Ho?  That's got to be a nice neighborhood"  Jack Singer(Nicholas Cage) in Honeymoon in Vegas.

I got back from the game a few minutes ago. Surprisingly there weren't a lot of Mets fans there. Only a couple hundred. I thought there'd be more the way that park sells, and my friend called me during the game and told me there sounded like a lot.

Fun game.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

Flash on CSN:

Those comments were taken by someone (Randy Miller) as if i was talking to him when in fact they were taken from a piece done in New York. I never even spoke to him.

As for the race comments? Once again it was taken from a piece a long time ago.

He loves the fans and thought the comment by the little girl was funny (about not wanting his autograph because she was a Wags fan).

Miller then told CSN that Flash led him to believe what he said happened in Philadelphia.

And Leslie Gudel and Neil Hartman said that they have read the transcript and that it looks like Miller was in the wrong.

33k+ there, fans love phillies!

Great game to go to. Suprised you didn't see a lot of Mets fans there, you could hear their cheers on TV.

Agreed.  I assume his beef was mostly with the Philly hacks and radio dipshteins, not the fans.    The 610 fargtards are the ones who get the fans all fired up with hype and then when fans come into contact with the players, they regurgitate the idiocy they hear on the radio.

Not all the fans, mind you, but a sufficient amount, I'm sure.

Too bad too.  Flash has been nearly unhittable all year and was bound to blow a save sooner or later.  Here's to hoping that this one will be his first and last of the year.

:yay

MDS

Flash didnt have it tonight. Woulda been nice to have a sound win, but you know, it doesnt really matter right now. This team is smokin. I'm probably gonna head down thursday. Get to see Gavin Floyd and the Human Rain Delay. Joy.
