Jerry:

The Giants and taterskins suffered complete franchise collapses and the Eagles were coming off a 4-12 season, and you still didn't win the division you skeletor pulled-back-face creep. Stick with Garrett so you can miss the playoffs again next year. And keep up the good work at GM.
on point - it was a miserable division that should take so little to win, though didn't see NY being quite that bad. And a game into the season you could see it wasn't going to end well for washington (unless you consider it worthwhile to get shanny fired). But dallas converted being the best on paper into being a streak on paper, as the season swirled away.

Rome

The ironic thing is they dominated the division.

The Birds finally got lucky last night.  Here's hoping they luck themselves into a Lombardi Trophy in a few weeks.

least shocking news ever.  If Marinelli wasn't coaching up the dline, he'd have been gone sooner.

I farging hate Rowdy, one of the worst mascots in the league. Crazy Ray was the man even though he wasn't an "official" mascot.

General_Failure

He's definitely at the top of the creepy lookin' list.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Bonus: He became the mascot the year after our last SB title. Coincidence?  :paranoid

The word is out that Marinelli might join Lovie Smith in TB. That would suck because if there's one coach on this staff that made lemons out of lemonade, it was Marinelli. He probably could have coached my 5'7", 150 lb, 50+ year old arse into getting a sack or two this year.

Still waiting for Jerrah to give Butch Davis, Dave Wannstedt or Dave Campo a call to run the defense. ::) Maybe he can coax Russell Maryland or Charles Haley out of retirement to play defense. Oh and Norv Turner is free Jerry, want a "new" OC?

I'm pretty sure that JJ is stuck in the 90's and his method of adapting is capitalizing on trends. He tried to emulate the Eagles when they had the scrambling McNabb by drafting Quinthy Carter. The 3-4 got hot after NE's success so he hired a 3-4 guy in Parcells. There was that brief period where the wildcat formation became popular so he drafted Felix Jones. This team will walk the treadmill of mediocrity until he realizes he's not a football guy.

Jerry The Clown said on his radio show...he wants more teams in the playoffs

Quote"It just creates that much more excitement and that much more interest for people in those communities," Jones said in an interview Friday with the team's flagship radio station.

"The fact you can have a team that might have literally operated at .500 percent or in that area, who won half its ballgames, you can have that team win the Super Bowl," Jones said. "That makes a big case for adding a couple more cities or communities that have NFL teams to the playoff mix."

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Know any teams like that, Jer?
