That sounds like a pretty amazing parachute they're giving you. Not many companies would do something like that these days.

Not only that, but if I do get the job in Tucson, my company will pay for relocation which includes buying my current house if it doesn't sell quickly enough.

I haven't considered government work, but wouldn't be opposed to it.

A few different people I used to work with have scheduled interviews with me next week for open positions at their respective companies so at worst, I'll only be Funemployed through the end of February.

I haven't had the need for a job in over a year. Maybe once my squaw is recovered from surgery I'll go find a part time gig at Lowe's or Best Buy so I can get a sweet employee discount, but other than that farg jobs.

True...but voting for one guy just to piss the other side off, even though you know well enough to know you're voting for a monster is on another level of awful.
