It is a nice place to live.  Reasonably-priced housing, a ton of new infrastructure and business, mild weather most of the year, just close enough to drive to Philly for a long weekend if need be, and an airport that is big enough to get you almost anywhere but small enough to not be a pain in the ass.

It's still not HOME and never will be, but it's a nice place to live.


But seriously, Die-Hard would wreck your candy ass.
