That was the point of using the word "cheaper" in the sentence.  The Holiday Inn is not the cheapest hotel in town and if the cost savings else where could offset the transportation ..etc...etc

The best part about meeting T-hawk last year was that we (me, bionic and t-hawk) were sitting in the hotel bar having some drinks and the bartender started making mom jokes toward t-hawk with absolutely no provocation from us.  :-D
