With the NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles down in Atlanta to open their season, only about 15,000 fans were in their seats for the first pitch. The announced crowd of 21,169 was the smallest at home for the Phillies this season.

If Houston wins, they retake the WC lead and the Phils would be tied with Florida at .5 back....

So then if Philly wins tom and Florida wins tom....Philly and Florida would be .5 game up...then a sweep of the Braves and a Houston win = Philly all alone at the top of the WC standings..
