P.S.  I have Thomas Jones on that team already.  So the deal is very good for me and awful for him anyway.

Ah yes, that does make a big difference.

I like Rudi a little more than Jones this year. I'm a big fan of Jones, but they have 3 young stud receivers that I think they are going to try to get the ball to a lot. I think they will look to pass more, and the Bengals will rush Rudi more. Also Rudi is built better and less likely to break down.

Statements like this one just kill me.  What do you mean he's "built better?"  How can you say he's "less likely to break down?"  Garbage.

He's bigger and stronger and can take more of a pounding than Jones. Bigger guys are more likely to take a lickin and keep on tickin.

Try to trade Hines Ward. I don't know if the guys in your league really know their stuff, but a lot of people want Hines Ward because he is a great receiver. He doesn't catch a ton of TDs though, so if you could move him for someone that does it could strengthen your WR corps.

Usually I'd agree with you, but with Burress gone I think he's going to see an uptick in redzone looks.

Either way, as a second WR I'm in pretty good shape.

He could, but they also drafted Heath Miller and TEs are good red zone targets. Plus, they like to run a lot anyway. You should stick with what you believe, but IMO I'd try to get Coles and something small for Ward. It's a keeper league so see if you could swing Coles and a pick. I think Coles back in the Jets offense will have a real productive year, and while he may not have the yard Ward has, he'll have more TDs. Just a gamble that I think might be worth looking into. If not Coles then maybe Steve Smith and a pick instead.

and a pick! 8)

Not saying I would do it for sure either, but just something worth looking into. I think Steve Smith will have a great year too. He had 7 TDs in a breakout year in 03 and is only going to get better. Then again Ward last year had a bad year for TDs so maybe he'll get back up to having 10 per year. If you want to keep Ward then try to move Muhammad. If there is a moron in the group, maybe he'll look at what he did last year and give up a lot for him. I think he's going to have a bad year with the Bears compared to last year. I'm not sure who you are playing with so they may not fall for a trade like that, but you said you don't like your receivers so I'm just trying to offer some scenarios that could help.
