Yes...he means the waiver order...if you skip picks, you don't get preferential treatment in the waiver order. I think.

yeah. If you forfeit picks, the first guy you pick up after the draft to fill your empty slot would move you to the bottom of the waiver wire.

the only way you move down to the bottom of waivers, is to actually obtain a player on waivers.

if i wat three days to pick up free agents that cleared waivers. it does not effect my waiver position.

Yes, you are right. You can pick up FA's after the draft without being affected on the wavier wire. As long as they have cleared the initial waiver wire of 2 days.
