It's not a money issue, although that has helped. It's a "host keeps changing their hardware" problem. Also, it's an "I'm leaving the country indefinitely in three weeks and I've got a lot to do to get ready" problem.

If you're not going to be able to continue as an Admin and need someone to step in and help, I'm sure I would be of absolutely no assistance whatsoever.  Or worse.  Although, I'll gladly chat it up with the DreamHost fruits on IRC.
