I haven't had it freeze even once, and I've been playing the crap out of it. Maybe it's the disc? After playing, I still like it as an upgrade over last year. Haven't played franchise all that much, though. Then again, I still have to give Head Coach a try. Havent' popped that in yet.

I found auto subs...where you can adjust in and out subs for position, but as far as players...I didn't see anything for specific player subs...maybe it is on the in-game pause menu, haven't checked that yet. I havn't tried online yet...

I have major issues with all EA Games. They always freeze in my 360, or i get the disc read issue when its fresh out of the box. All i do is take start the xbox with my remote, and start it by ejecting the disc.

Nothing much other than its Activsiion making the game rather than EA who made rockband.

At least they are making the Rockband drums/guitars/mic work on this game too.

oh, so if i can find a rockband bundle for cheap somewhere, i would only have to pick up Guitar Hero game only?

madden is driving me crazy. the hit stick is hard to pull off...compared to last gen...you have to line it up a good 5 yards away...so unrealistic. the computer just breaks tackles waaaay too often...isaac bruce broke 5 tackles...linebacker...safeties...CB's and ran for a long td! horrid horrid! i hate you EA

lol...come on. It's really MUCH, MUCH better. At the end of the day, it's still just a game. I think your expectations are way too high. Then again, maybe mine are low. All things considered, though, I really like the new game.

high expectations?!?! i just want it to be the game it was in 06! that was a fine tuned football experience. its not even close to what it used to be. there are some nice new features to this year, but I'm not falling for EA's trap this year.

I just want it to be as good an experience as it was pre 360/ps3. The graphics are obviously better, but there are too many issues every year for me to waste money on it.
