I understand behind the times, but this one is just plain wrong.

LJ is still growing after his 3rd year and he already dwarfs anything Kinney has done over his whole 6 year career.

Yes, I understand I'm making a big deal about a farging TE in a farging video game.  Kiss my ass.

here is Pinkstons strength rating in Madden...hes tough

35 -- The strength rating for Eagles receiver Todd Pinkston. How weak is Stinkston? Thirty-nine kickers and punters are given higher ratings. Thirty-nine. Yikes. If that's not a punch in the frail, tender, feeble stomach, then I don't know what is. In fact, I'm kind of excited to fire up Madden '07 to see if the game's programmers switched Pinkston's mug shot with that of a cat. Might as well hammer home the point, huh?

35 -- Not that Pinkston is the only non-kicker to get a 35 strength rating. Eagles receiver and kick returner Jeremy Bloom got one, too. So remember, Eagles fans: just tap that pass button in Madden '07. You don't want Donovan McNabb to accidentally kill his waifish receiving corps with high-velocity throws.

Madden 07 flat out sucks. I am highly disappointed with the number of stupid mistakes in this game that flat out ruin the experience.

farg EA.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.

:-D i laugh that people payed how much for a 360...and then they still dont get a full madden game?

It's a joke.

EA simply pocketing money. They had the time to add the features. They just chose not to, so more people will buy 08 to get these features.

I dont really think it's that great for PS2. It's the same thing as last year, they didnt even try to improve it. There are maybe 30 rookies in the game that have real pictures. The guys that didnt have pictures last year dont have them this year (Cole, Patterson, Herremans, Armstrong, etc..) They didnt put any names of the rookies into the commentating, if there already was a player in the league great, otherwise its "Number 6." They dont even have updated contracts. It seems like they hardly tried. Oh well, that's really just small stuff.

Drunkmasterflex

Yeah but it is the small stuff that adds up, there is no excuse for some of those flaws.

u Romes are bitching about stupid shtein. its about gameplay, who gives a farg if lj smith is rate worse than Jeremy Stevens, farg edit that shtein. eww they don't have realistic roster, blah blah... there are how many players in the nfl? do u think they have enough time and people to get down exact rosters, pictures etc.. on a release date of aug. 22nd? its impossible, stop bitching. they've never had updated rosters. they've never had it completely perfect and it never will be, but you'll still buy it and play it and have fun.

what about new features? any good news other than players ratings, rosters being wrong and stupid pictures? i heard a alot of good stuff about the actual game...

If you pay $60 for a game, you have every right to bitch about whatever you want.

I have 8 sacks with Kearse in 2 games.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

PhillyPhreak54

Problem with EA having an exclusive deal is that they don't have to be precise and perfect. There's no competition out there so contracts and getting the rosters exactly right aren't a big deal to them obviously and I don't like that. Game play is a huge thing but if you are the ONLY real NFL game out there you better have everything on lock.

I agree, which is why this is the year I stopped buying Madden, and I never will again.
