hey SD, prince of persia 2 commercial.  link

I already saw it but thanks  :yay Comes out tomorrow and since I'm currently unemployed I can't think of a better way to spend my time  ;D

What's really scary is after playing it for a while you really feel like you can run along walls and do stupid shtein like that  :-D
Similarly, I try not to drive too much after playing GTA. Especially if I am taking my old school out!
That car is way too heavy to be whipping around curves, I'll farging kill a pedestrian and not even notice.

At first, I thought that was the same story that was published a few months ago.  I hope we start seeing more of these though.  I can't wait until Playstationitis takes over as the #1 cause of death in the world.  Idiots.

There is a positive side to this though.  The more dumbasses get addicted to video games, the less people there are getting laid and tainting the world with their retarded uber geek children.  Natural selection gets an assist from technology.  I love it.

Obviously this guy's life was worth wasting.  Adios, sucker.

Next some icehole is going to start telling us that video game "addiction" is a "disease."  Then, before you know it, your family is going to plan an intervention to get you to stop playing Civ IV.  When they do that, I'm going to choose the game over the family, to spite them.

Dio, how is Civ IV?  It's on my Christmas list, and I'm (hopefully) looking forward to getting it.

Hard to believe how long it's been since the first Civ came out.

I don't know.  I don't own a computer capable of running it, so I haven't bought it.  I'm just sayin'.

If you get it, let us know what you think.  I hear it's fantastic.

So I just finished Blitz: The League.   Pretty good game.  I played through the campaign session and enjoyed it.  I won't however be going online with this one, or playing any of my friends, and I don't really care to play single games any further, so:

One copy of Biltz: The League for XBOX (with plastic case and manual, but not the FHM cheerleader calendar it came with new, I threw that away long ago), free to the first person to IM me a mailing address.

Merry Christmas fargers.

edit: someone responded, the game is gone.

question....

with my new HDTV, i have a total of 5 sets of inputs.  only 2 of them are component inputs.  one set is for my HD box, the other set is for the DVD player.  is it worth the money to upgrade my PS2 from the composite A/V cables to an S-video cable, since that is my only option because I am out of componenet jacks?
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

Zanshin

It's not your only option.  You could get a splitter with more jacks.

Zanshin

I'm not a big gaming guy, but I got Metal Gear Solid 3 for Christmas and it's good.

I also got Soul Calibur 2, which has been around quite awhile, but it's also good.

oh yeah?  is it worth the money and effort for PS2, do component cables upgrade the quality of the PS2 picture that much?

Oh, and I got both for $10 each.  At that price, they're great.

I never noticed a major difference, personally.  I'd go with whichever one is cheaper.  But I'm cheap.  Radio Shack would have either option.
