Is your time and attention worthless?  Add the cost of your time.  Now how much to "rent" for 3 months? 

I wait until they are cheap used.  I'm always at least 2 years behind, sometimes more.  Works just fine.

You know, the time to post the listing, track the auction, package and mail the game(s), etc.

honestly doesn't take much time at all or i wouldnt bother.

after you sell one game you can use it as a template for future sales.   Literally all i do is enter a new title and UPC code into EBAY and ebay pulls in all the game info.  Set everything else up the same every time.   Takes about 3 minutes.   Wait 7 days and do nothing during that time.  Get email from pay pal confirming i received payment.  Log into PayPal and print premade shipping label takes about 1 minute.   Put game in envelope and attached shipping label takes 1 minute.   Drop off game in mail box, 10 seconds.     all in all its less than 10 minutes of time.  less than the time it takes to drive to blockbuster get a game and come back...

I use Ebay all the time. You are exactly right.

Not to mention if you trade it to Gamestop after a month, they will give you $30 for it and then the second after they take it from your hand, will put a $54.99 label on it and stick it on the shelf.

Oh, and another thing they do now is they have a 30% extra trade-in value deal going on. But the catch is that they lower a lot of the original values for games so it evens out at the same amount.

GameStop is running a promo, if you trade in two games on their list you can get Red Dead Redemption for $20. I traded in Mass Effect 1 and Mass Effect 2 and 3 other games I never play and wound up getting it for nothing, a $20 credit, and a game stop power card.

Good call. Picked up Red Dead Redemption with that deal. Probably not my kind of game, but seems like I'd do okay even if I re-sell it at some point. Traded in Tekken 6, which was a disappointment, and Arkham Asylum, which I liked a lot and was on the fence about trading in. But considering I played the hell out of it and got most of my money back, I couldn't pass it up. Also traded in some fodder like Prey, Dead Rising and NHL 09.

Anyone get new map pack for MW2? I'm so sick of the game I don't even want to buy it, but I will anyway cause I am a slave to MW2. I am a coward. FML

I think the new maps are way better than the first maps released. I like them all actually.

Got Batman: Arkham Asylum in mail the other day. Pretty cool so far, seems sort of repetitive though. I'll give it a few more plays. Been trying to get Red Dead and new UFC game from Gamefly since signing up and they are never available. They need to work on that.

i wasnt going to buy them, but i got talked into it.  They are a million times better than the Stimulus package release.  Why the farg they didnt just offer a 10 part map pack.  Its great to play Strike and Vacant again.

Beat Batman. Game def got better as it went on and you get better weapon/tools etc...I think it's a greats start to a series that will go on and get better. Think it would be a better game if you could be more interactive with environments like Assassins Creed.
