Went and got a used Madden 09 last night, the football bug is just too much right now I need football all the time. Any current players of 09? Do they have updated rosters? I tried going to online play menu, usually it gives you auto updates there, but nothing came up.

I've been playing with a friend.  There was a roster update the other day, actually that really impacted the rankings of some of the teams.

Just don't forget to create a QB "Smoker" that gets intercepted by a tough-as-nails defender "Murphy."

go into the option to play an online game.  before you advance to the screen where you would select your team, it will download the roster update.

Got Fallout 3 as an early Christmas gift.  Obviously a good game, but a little too much wandering around and talking to people for my taste.  I also got two Far Cry 2 discs-- so I'm going to have to trade one in.

I'm thinking of trading it in for one of the following-- any suggestions from people who have played them? Any other suggestions?

L4D if you like high octane shooters and fun online play.

Dead Space if you like Resident Evil type survival action horror games.

Left 4 Dead is getting a lot of good reviews. I played the demo and I'll prob. eventually buy it. It's all about the online co-op mode though and you have to reply on your team just as much as yourself
