all movies should have only male casts. farging hollywood liberals.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Rome

Agreed.  If there were fewer Jews running the movie business there'd be more women.

jews ruin the media because we're really good at it. nobody ever goes up to an irish guy and asks why hes running a bar.

Irish women run bars.  The men get drunk and give away free drinks.  Haven't you ever seen Cocktail?

Munson

Just saw it today...thought it was good. Didn't like the way hey kinda just blew by some of the things set up by TFA, but still didn't hate it because of that. I don't get the "girl power" complaints, it's barely noticeable to me because I'm at the point where I believe women can be just as incompetent at leadership as men are. Her not just telling Poe was stupid, but let's not pretend men haven't made stupid decisions like that in cinema history.

I disagree with people (including mark hammil apparently) who think this isn't a way that Luke would go, but I thought that being his reaction to Ben and what happened between them made sense.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Tomahawk

Will Smith stars in a Netflix OG movie called Bright. Best movie of 2017 by a mile...I cried at the end

The further removed from TLJ the more I appreciate it. It subverted essentially all of the fanboy expectations and discarded characters that will not be needed going forward. I always thought of myself as a Star Wars nut until I met real fanboys and anything that pisses those people off is something I'm inclined to support. Yes the social statements were too ham-fisted and forced. Yes there were extremely dumb parts of the plot. I don't care. Turning Star Wars canon on its ear and focusing on new characters going forward is a good thing.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

The casino scene was bad. And pointless. Fine. Alt-right complaints about female characters and alt-right campaigns to flood rotten tomatoes with negative reviews can farg the farg off.

I was just reading an article saying it was the worst movie of 2017 and was bashed by the critics but audiences loved it.

Sgt PSN

I've seen previews for it.  There's no way it's anywhere close to being best movie material. It looks corny, but the kind of corny that I enjoy, especially if the writing is decent. It just dropped like a week ago so I'll check it out sooner or later.

Tomahawk

It's not terrible, but I'm far from loving it. Like Sarge, I dig movies like this as well so I liked it well enough. Like
