The spirit monologue was terrific.  The line at the end about the place leaning left was great.

toni erdmann +150 for best foreign language film. the iranian movie has all the momentum and the hollywood liberal self righteous playbook says it will win but toni erdmann was the frontrunner up until last week for a reason -- its gotta be the better film.

NO on la la land winning more than 8 awards +200. best bang for your buck bet of the night since its spread out. unlikely to hit but couldnt resist.

hidden figures +1500 to win best picture. bought this after their sag win but the movie got no momentum from that and is back to a +2000. LOSS.

moonlight +500 to win best picture. pretty much has stayed around there until today where it moved to +375. if theres going to be an upset tonight it might just be here.

denzel +110 to win best actor. now an even money bet. casey affleck went from a -130 to a -160 after the bafta win. denzel got the sag which is a very similar voting block to the academy. im hoping the backlash against CA being a woman beater will be enough but straight up he was insane in MBTS and should win.

he used the same joke three times in one monologue was nervous and hesitant and overall was uncomfortably weak....but the gibson blast was epic and unexpected

the oj doc was beyond good but no way was it better than im not your negro...negro came out way to late and no one saw it

crazy tho that the two best documentaries in history of film came out in the same year
