I had to google what Hidden Figures is actually about because the previews I've seen on tv haven't given the slightest hint at what the general story is about.  Looks good but not the type of movie I'll pay to see in theater.  I'll catch it on HBO or Netflix...whichever gets it first.

What are the benefits of Kegel exercises for men?

Kegel exercises primarily aid men with urinary incontinence. Besides preventing embarrassing urine leakage, they also decrease the urge to void. Anyway, I saw Rogue One. Easily the best Star Wars movie made in the last 30 years, but there's still room for improvement.
