Someone else made that picture and I found it on a website, but yea, it definitely looks like they are the same people. A blonde matching a blonde isn't a huge coincidence, but the guy with the beard and stach AND the blonde girl both on the same boat is just too much of a coincidence to not be the same people from the film.

Amazing.  Funny thing is during the Hawaii 5-0 and Magnum PI days the cast loved it here because the local residents could give a rat's ass when they saw them in public.  Jack Lord who came across as such a bad ass as McGarret was the nicest guy in the world.  He'd stop and talk to people at the grocery store near his home.  Believe it or not they actually built a statue of Lord at the shopping mall near his home he frequented all the time.
