i know true process virgins get off on misery and losing, but its just so incredibly sad the sixers embarrass themselves in new and different ways every year while the celtics rack up finals appearances
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Quote$76 billion in media revenue over 11 years
NBC is near an accord with the league to pay an average of $2.5 billion a year, people familiar with the deal talks said. It would show around 100 games per season, with about half airing exclusively on the Peacock streaming service, reflecting a major bet on the future of streaming. Games would air on NBC on Tuesdays and Sundays when there isn't a conflict with NBC's "Sunday Night Football."
Amazon's $1.8 billion-a-year package would include regular-season and playoff games, the new NBA in-season tournament, and the "play-in" games in which teams compete for the final playoff spots. It also would have a share of the conference finals, which the media partners will split in a rotation, the people familiar with the terms said.
Disney would retain an NBA package and would continue to air the NBA Finals, with payments averaging about $2.6 billion a year, people familiar with the terms say, up from $1.5 billion under the current deal. Disney would get fewer games than under its current deal. ESPN's deal will allow the company to air games on its direct-to-consumer streaming service, which is set to launch in 2025.

2 weekly windows for nba games on broadcast is really, really good. this is the way to relevancy.

What happens to League Pass?

And does NBC get Inside The NBA?

MDS

im not sure about league pass...id assume more or less the same, though it's going to offer *fewer* games overall because more inventory will be on amazon/peacock

inside is totally unclear. theres rumblings that games could be sublicensed out to tnt which would keep them going, albeit with far less shows. amazon or peacock could grab the show as is, though that seems less likely. the best bet is the show is done and each guy moves on to something else. charles is the real prize and all 3 remaining partners will throw the bag at him

Tallest midget in the circus - but you're right. They just disgust me.

And you know when they ran out the 1950 All White Five at the end those southies were excited.

SD

They were the best team all playoffs...then porzingis came back and it's not even fair

PhillyPhreak54

Dallas starting off 1-9 when Boston was also struggling is less than ideal

PhillyPhreak54

Thanks for nothing, Mavs.

They tightened up in the first but then let the Celtics rip off big runs.

And that little shtein Pritchard just snapped off another half court three at the buzzer bc Doncic can't hit a FT.

Boston up by 21.

:-D  :-D  :-D  Oh man. "Ok LeBron, what should we do from opening tip until the final buzzer the rest of the season?"

Jay Wright next? Sheesh.

The Brooklyn Nets have agreed in principle on a trade to send F Mikal Bridges to the New York Knicks for Bojan Bogdanovic, four unprotected first-round picks, a protected first-round pick via Bucks, an unprotected pick swap and a second-rounder, sources tell ESPN.
