I like how Ainge said that he felt the Celtics are a playoff team right now.  Uh, the Celtics did miss the playoffs, didn't they?  Or am I missing something here?

Portland has Sergio too, a lot of hype around that kid.

And as for Randolph.. I think you are forgetting that billy king is our GM.  He loves crappy contracts.

As for Oden, I think he is pretty marketable.  I saw him give an interview on ESPN and he was pretty funny.  He talked about how he always wanted to be a dentist, but he knew grewing up that his hands would be to big to stick in people's mouths.

Plus, he's going to make Portland a winner, their season ticket sales are already increasing, that's all the marketing they need.

yeah i like him too.  sounds a little gay but seems like a pretty nice 40-year old kid.

dan patrick, that smug farger, asked oden right before the draft if he had any other jobs lined up in case his b-ball career doesn't work out, and oden said he always wanted to breakdance on the street.
