Hehe.

Since the RBs were being eaten up, I went with Edge (since Jamal Lewis may miss time due to his court case) and the Marshall Faulk.  It's a risk taking Faulk but I know he wouldn't be around in round three when I pick and the other person I was looking at also played for the Colts...and I didn't want to use my first 2 picks on players from the same team...cuz that would make their bye week a tough one for me.

heh, Im trying something REALLY different this year.   :paranoid

Going to try to stack up on WRs instead of RBs.  I did that two years ago (draft Faulk, Owens, Hines Ward) but the problem is getting 2 quality RBs and a quality QB.  It worked well for me early on but I was left with Jay Fiedler as my QB.  He was having a great year and the plan was working until he got hurt.  And I to run a crappie RB out there hoping he'd get TDs since I knew they wouldn't rack up the yards.  That strategy works since everyone is grabbing RBs....but you're guys have to stay healthy.

Usually you can get a quality "sleeper" QB in the 4th or 5th since  people are targetting specific positions to fill in their starters.

Jones - I almost took Harrison but didn't want both him and Edge on my team...cuz that would have SUCKED when the Colts had a bye week.

in a 10 person league....i think you can use the stud WR strategy and win with it.  Everyone will have a fairly loaded team from top to bottom.

oh yeah, that would suck.  I was going to take Edge over Alexander.  I think he is going to dominate this year.  But i went with the guy with zero competition at the RB spot.

Jones you killed me with that Harrison pick, ya bastid.

I was having a hell of a time deciding on one of the 2nd tier RB's ... there are such a glut of em and they all have positives and negatives.. I figured Holt was  more of a sure thing than any of em. (fingres crossed).

Is da' freak around or did he send a list?  The draft was really bookin' for a while there.

And Holt is a sure thing over most the RBs left...
